z77 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, Fair Play for All

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all users ("Player", "User", "You") of the z77 online casino and sports betting platform ("z77", "the Platform", "We", "Us"). z77 is operated by its licensed operating entity under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised gaming regulatory authority.

All services are provided exclusively to players who have accepted these Terms and who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

These Terms should be read alongside the z77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and z77. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or promotion's terms, the specific terms shall prevail in respect of that game or promotion only.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

To register for and use z77, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of z77, or an immediate family member of any such individual.
• You must not be self-excluded or otherwise excluded from gambling services in any jurisdiction.

z77 may conduct age and identity verification checks at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, before processing the first withdrawal, and at any time a verification flag is raised by our compliance systems. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at all times and to submit any additional documents reasonably requested by z77 to complete verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player may register and maintain only one z77 account. Holding multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. z77 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to void any bets, bonuses, or winnings associated with them.

3.2 Account Information

You are required to provide accurate and truthful personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and a valid email address. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your z77 username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. z77 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your z77 account will be treated as authorised by you. You must notify z77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Account Currency

All z77 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). z77 does not support multi-currency accounts. Once the account currency is set to PKR at registration, it cannot be changed.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

z77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods, all processed in PKR:

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on z77 is Rs 200. z77 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit; however, z77's compliance team may apply limits to individual accounts as part of responsible gaming or anti-money laundering obligations. Players may also set their own deposit limits via the Responsible Gaming section of their account settings.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to the z77 wallet within 60 seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfers via HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically credited within 15 to 30 minutes during business hours. z77 is not responsible for delays caused by the issuing bank or mobile wallet provider.

4.3 Source of Funds

By depositing on z77, you confirm that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any illegal activity. z77 operates a comprehensive anti-money laundering (AML) programme and is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant regulatory authority. z77 may request source-of-funds documentation at any time.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Methods and Timelines

Withdrawals from z77 are processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. z77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Standard withdrawal processing timelines are as follows:

• JazzCash / EasyPaisa: Within 30 minutes of approval
• HBL / UBL / Meezan Bank: Within one business day of approval

5.2 Verification Requirements

All withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification. z77 reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal pending the completion of KYC or AML checks. z77 will notify you promptly of any documentation required and will aim to complete the review within 48 hours of receiving all requested documents.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Players must have wagered a minimum amount equivalent to their deposit before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering through the Platform and is not related to any bonus terms. The precise minimum wagering requirement prior to first withdrawal is communicated during the registration process.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

z77 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general bonus rules apply to all z77 promotions unless otherwise stated.

6.1 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from wagering bonus funds may be withdrawn, subject to the applicable wagering requirement being met.
• z77 bonuses are available to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method.
• z77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any bonus, and void any winnings derived from a bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of errors, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses not used within the specified validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x). This means the total of the deposit plus the bonus must be wagered the stated number of times before any winnings can be withdrawn. 7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games on z77 — including live casino games, slots, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these Terms. The following general rules apply to all z77 gaming activity.

7.1 Bets and Wagers

Once a bet or wager is confirmed on z77, it is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. In the event of a technical fault during a game round, z77's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. Where a definitive outcome cannot be determined, z77 reserves the right to void the affected round and return stakes.

7.2 Palpable Errors

z77 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were set due to a manifest error (commonly known as a "palpable error"). A palpable error is defined as an obviously incorrect price arising from a human or technical mistake. z77 will notify affected players promptly and return all stakes on voided bets.

7.3 Sports Betting — Cricket and Other Markets

z77's cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, ICC tournaments, and other competitions — are governed by z77's Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms. Results are determined based on official sources for the relevant sport. z77 reserves the right to suspend any market before settlement where the integrity of the event is in doubt.

7.4 Game Integrity and RNG

All casino games on z77 use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified by a recognised testing laboratory. The RNG certification ensures that all game outcomes are truly random and that no party, including z77, can predict or influence the results of any game.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on z77. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

• Registering more than one account on z77
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information
• Allowing any other person to use your z77 account
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game on z77
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or make decisions on z77
• Exploiting errors, loopholes, or vulnerabilities in z77's platform or games
• Systematic exploitation of bonus offers (commonly referred to as bonus abuse or bonus hunting)
• Depositing or wagering funds derived from illegal activities
• Any form of fraud, including chargebacks on legitimate deposits
• Accessing z77 in any way that disrupts the normal operation of the platform for other users

9. Responsible Gaming

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the z77 platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and the overall design — is the intellectual property of z77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use z77 for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any z77 content without express written permission from z77. Scraping, data mining, or automated collection of any content or data from z77 is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z77 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of z77, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if z77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

z77's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of z77 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

z77 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect availability. z77 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of platform unavailability beyond the recovery of any stakes on affected active bets.

13. Account Termination

13.1 Termination by You

You may close your z77 account at any time by contacting the z77 support team via live chat. Upon closure, z77 will process any remaining real-money balance to your registered payment method within five business days, subject to standard verification requirements. Bonus balances are forfeited on account closure.

13.2 Termination by z77

z77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, failure to complete identity verification, suspected fraudulent or illegal activity, or at z77's discretion in connection with its regulatory or compliance obligations.

Where an account is closed by z77 for reasons other than player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player. Where closure is due to player misconduct, z77 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation and to apply any deductions permitted under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

z77 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of z77 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z77 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of z77 shall first be referred to the z77 internal complaints process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within 30 days, the matter may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism as the final binding resolution process. z77 will cooperate fully with any such process.
